To work with the Workflow Manager providing key support with resourcing and administration for the Creative team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with the Workflow Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • To support creative resource searches for freelancers.
  • To perform freelance onboarding, following the Central Freelance Set-Up process.
  • Record freelancer details to Smyle’s central database (The Loop) and to ensure this is up-to-date.
  • Ensure freelance designers have completed timesheets and raise Purchase Orders for their time. 
  • Support with keeping live budgets up to date with correct resources added to correct lines.
  • Track freelancers’ time and flag any over or under servicing issues.
  • To be part of Central Resource Team (CRT) and to occasionally join weekly meetings.
  • To set up meetings with key stakeholders and candidates or recruitment agencies.
  • All other duties appropriate to the role.

About  you

  • A proven track record for administrative tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • A willingness to learn, with an interest in the creative industries.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Google docs, Excel and understanding of general computer use.
  • Ability to manage changes and work at a fast pace.
